How do you know, what is the best season to schedule your WV Pet Photography Session? Here in West Virginia, we have all four seasons to choose from! How lucky are we?
Do you have a favorite time of year? Let me guess, fall? Well, it’s my favorite!!
Right at this moment, we are heading into the winter season. Some people think, winter is so out of the question for photography sessions. It does look a bit different around here in the winter, no leaves on the trees, no color. But, through the eyes of a photographer, ugly winter can be magical too. Even without snow, but a beautiful blanket of snow certainly can’t hurt.
Two Winter examples
See the two different images below, one with snow one without.
The first one was a “for fun” photograph, that I wanted to get, once we had enough snow to get it.
The other image is a portrait type photograph, which took some time scouting for the proper location.
Fall
Fall, everyone loves fall for photography, what’s not to love? You have jewel tones, beautiful color on the trees and bushes, and it’s still warm outside.
Winter
Winter, the winter gives us beautiful warm light as well as silver. Yes, it can be bone chilling cold, but sometimes we have mild winters. You never know what we will get around here.
Spring
Spring gives us a pep in our step and beautiful spring color. Bright new green grass, colorful flowers, budding trees and bushes of pink, purple, yellow… If you love color, this is your season.
Summer
Summer, think GREEN, green and warm. The light through the trees, just yummy. Morning light is my favorite but of course evening light is just as spectacular.
